Bookings, Cancellation Fees, and Invoicing
1 Currency and Taxes
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT when applicable.
All prices indicated are valid for the duration of the event, if not otherwise indicated.
2 Booking Deadlines and Cancellation Procedures
Basic usage period for all services is 5–22 February 2021.
RTVSLO in cooperation with the LOC will coordinate all RHB requests for all Rate Card services in order to facilitate the booking process.
RTVSLO in cooperation with the LOC shall not be held liable or responsible for any specific problems related to the third parties’ provided services.
Booking Deadlines
15.9.2020 Final Booking Deadline
1.-21.2.2021 Event Time Booking Period
After the final booking deadline all services are subject to availability and late booking fee:
1.12.2020-15.1.2021 20% late booking fee applies to all requests placed
16.1-1.2.2021 50% late booking fee applies to all request placed
2.2.2021 onward all requests are subject to availability and individual arrangements
Cancellation Procedures
30.11.2020 All bookings might be cancelled free-of-charge.
1.12.2020 100% cancellation fee applies to all booked and confirmed services.
3 Booking Procedures
Online booking system will open on 15.6.2020.

4 Invoicing
50% of the booked services will be invoiced on 10.12.2020.
50% of the booked services will be invoiced on 10.1.2021.
Event-time booked services will be invoiced in March/April 2021.
Final invoice for the services requested (event time bookings, consumption, possible damages of the rented equipment, etc) will be issued up to two months after the event. VAT and other taxes will be applied according to Slovenian tax legislation.
