Organizing Committee Pokljuka has made a decision to limit the number of spectators on venue to guarantee maximum safety for all participants. Read more here.
Following regulations and demands made by national authorities at this time no more than 500 daily visitors will be allowed at the IBU World Championships Biathlon 2021 Pokljuka.
Available will be a single ticket category that will offer a package of: transport from Bled to Pokljuka and back, hospitality in the tent (food & drinks), access to special grandstand.

TICKETS SALE
Tickets sale will continue in January 2021.
The official sale of tickets takes place through the office of OO Pokljuka (), and the intermediaries in the sale are Eventim SI d.o.o. and Petrol Tickets.
Eventim and Petrol Tickets act only as intermediaries who sell tickets on behalf of the organizer. They are solely responsible to the customer for the part related to the purchase and delivery of tickets. Tickets are fully managed by the organizer, who is also the issuer of tickets.
In case of cancellation of the event or change of the date of the event, the organizer of the event is responsible for arranging the situation and returning the money in all cases.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prices are stated per person and day. There will be a limited number of tickets available.
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction is 10.
All tickets include free shuttle transport from Bled to Pokljuka and back, entry to hospitality tent (food & drinks), access to special grandstand.
Discounts are mutually exclusive.
VAT is included in the ticket price. Organizer reserves the right to change the prices od tickets in case of changes in the rate of VAT.
Multi-day tickets are personal and not transferable to other persons.
GENERAL TICKET is valid on all competition days (10-21 February 2021).
MULTIPASS BLUE is valid for competitions from 10 to including 14 February 2021.
MULTIPASS GREEN is valid for competitions from 15 to including 21 February 2021.
MULTIPASS WHITE is valid for competitions from 16 to including 18 February 2021.
CHILDREN TICKETS
Special conditions apply for VIP areas. Children aged up to 6 years (born in 2016 and younger) have free admission to the VIP area; however, there is no reserved seat provided. The ticket will be given to them free of charge at Info Center Bled with an access to the same area as their accompanying person (the child’s identity card is required).
IBU REGISTERED FAN CLUBS
IBU registered Fan Clubs receive for every 10 tickets ordered (same day and same category) one special OC Pokljuka invitation, that counts as a ticket. The request with the proof of the IBU registration should be sent directly to the Organizing Committee Pokljuka ().
The regular price will be charged for all tickets purchased in the online tickets shop.
GROUP TICKETS
With an order of at least 21 tickets (same day and same category – course, grandstand and/or VIP) every 21st ticket will be special OC Pokljuka invitation, that counts as a ticket. The group discount request should be sent directly to the Organizing Committee Pokljuka ().
The regular price will be charged for all tickets purchased in the online tickets shop.
REDUCED PRICE TICKETS / PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
For persons with disabilities (wheelchair users) and one accompanying person reduced-price tickets are available. There is a separate area reserved for wheelchair users at the stadium.
Reduced tickets should be requested directly from the Organizing Committee Pokljuka () and will only be issued upon submission of the relevant document.
The regular price will be charged for all tickets purchased in the online tickets shop.
CLAIMING REFUNDS IN CASE OF BAN, CANCELLATION OR POSTPONMENT OF THE EVENT / REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICES
In the event of a ban, cancellation or postponement of the event, the organizer will refund the purchase price in full, unless otherwise stated.
Update for purchases before 14 December 2020:
The Organizer provides all buyers of any ticket before or including 14 December 2020 with the option of a full refund. The request for a refund must be submitted in writing by 6 January 2021 latest to the e-mail address . Returns are no longer possible after this date.
The Organizer reserves the right to withhold 10 % of the total purchase amount from all legal entities and agencies that purchased any ticket before or including 14 December 2020. The request for a refund must be submitted in writing by 6 January 2021 to the e-mail address . Returns are no longer possible after this date.
Effective as of 14 December 2020: In case of cancellation of the IBU World Championships Biathlon 2021 Pokljuka or in case of the championships completely without spectators, the Organizer will reimburse the money in full, except for administrative fee of 13 % of the total purchase amount.
The Organizer reserves the right to withhold 10 % of the total purchase value from legal entities and agencies in case of cancellation of the IBU World Championships Biathlon 2021 Pokljuka or in case of the championships without spectators.

Minimal or justified changes in the implementation of the program are reserved. In the event of cancellation, change of event date or change in program, the additional costs that the consumer may incur (eg travel costs, hotel, point of sale costs, delivery costs, payment costs) will not be reimbursed.
